Highlights of SUNS Vs LAKERS

Suns finally faced Lakers healthy and held LeBron to 10 points. That’s….just insane. What has to be noted though is they had 13 steals and 12 turnovers for the game. They built a lead, got the stops to sustain it, and limited the turnovers to avoid any big Lakers runs that happened in the previous meetings. Their best game playing on both ends of the floor this season.

It appeared from the start that Phoenix was going to win this latest game if they started shooting hot. And that’s what happened. Today’s game is about offensive rhythm now and the Suns had it tonight and the Lakers did not. It’s not as if the Suns played awesome defense, but with an aging Lakers roster, if they don’t play better defense, they will most likely lose. LeBron is an all-time great player, but even his defensive game has diminished a bit. It’s not all his fault, its how today’s game is played. Players are trying to take a breather on defense hoping that the opposing offensive team gets a bit cold. Phoenix was also due to win this game as the Lakers have won all their earlier meetings. Timing is either good or bad because the Lakers need victories and so do their rivals. The end of this year’s season will be interesting.

The Lakers barely beat the Suns in the first 3 games without their Big 3, and they got outclassed tonight. They will continue to improve the more games they play. Great win.
